Systems administrator with 10+ years of IT experience across Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure, from Tier 1–2 support to cloud infrastructure. At Arborsys Group (2023–2026) my focus was identity and access: Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, managed and workload identities, SAML and OAuth integrations, Key Vault, and support for production AKS workloads, with the routine parts automated in PowerShell, Python and ARM templates.

  • Troubleshot identity and access issues affecting users onboarding applications, resolving authentication failures, authorization issues, SSO problems, certificate errors, access misconfiguration, and service identity failures as part of application support.
  • Troubleshot Kubernetes application and infrastructure issues involving pods, deployments, services, ingress, load balancers, PV/PVC storage, TLS certificates, secrets, DNS, networking, CPU and memory pressure, and container failures, using Kubernetes and OS-level diagnostic tooling.
